Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Executive:

  • You will assist our Client Relationship Managers (internally referred to as Angels) in handling enquiries from clients via email and on the phone
  • Work closely with the Angels to support their daily operations including supporting on-boarding process for new clients and managing the website’s Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page

As an Administrative Executive

  • You will work alongside the Sales & Business Development team (Rainmakers) to send invoices, collect payment and manage internal sales documentation
  • In charge of purchasing logistics for the office to ensure smooth daily operations for all staff
  • Collaborate with other teams (Marketing, Developers, Management) when necessary to support their projects and events
