Responsibilities
- Work closely with local regulators to drive license applications;
- Accountability by delegation for a given functional or geographical scope to ensure core compliance program elements are implemented, continuously improved, and delivered with excellence;
- Compliance risk assessment & management;
- Responsible for enhancing the company's external influence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or Business (or related subjects);
- Experience in compliance, law, especially in license applications;
- Proficient in English and another language. Being able to speak Mandarin is a plus;
- Be a great listener and have strong influencing and negotiation skills;
- Able to roll up the sleeves to drive the implementation of agile and pragmatic solutions, and naturally communicate effectively and concisely;
- Enjoy working in a team with a wide variety of company personnel dealing with a range of matters;
- Be able to flourish in a dynamic and high energy environment;
- Passionate about your contribution to the business and enjoy relationship building.
