Lionel Lim Lifestyle Works is a multi-award winning training provider. We conduct trainings regularly for MNCs, SMEs, Government agencies, Schools, Polytechnics and Universities.
Some of our clients include Nanyang Technological University, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Ministry of Defence, Health Promotion Board, Singtel, Standard Chartered Bank, Toyota, Sembcorp and schools under Ministry of Education.
We are looking to expand our training team currently.
In order for us to achieve the growth we are planning, we will require highly passionate individuals who will do whatever it takes to grow themselves, our company, and their future.
We currently conduct over 10 different workshops. Our signature programmes are in personal branding, grooming and etiquette, interview skills and corporate wellness.
As part of our expansion plans in the region, we intend to bring on board new courses on other topics. Passionate individuals with an expertise in the above field or other fields, who do not have a platform to showcase their knowledge, may apply. We will provide you with the platform to do so.
- To conduct training workshops for students of different levels ranging from Secondary, Junior Colleges to Polytechnics.
- Opportunities to train corporations and government organisations may also be available
- Renumeration is $40-$50/hour, we have additional renumeration for Advanced/Master Trainers, Trainers with Domain Expertise.
- Selected candidates will need to attend a compulsory Trainer Competency Course and sign a one year contract.

- Energetic and engaging with an outgoing personality
- Highly motivated, willing to learn and grow with the team
- Able to speak confidently in front of a class or group
- Passion to train youths
- Comprehensive training will be provided for the selected candidates
- The minimum qualification is at least a Diploma or Degree. Candidates with ACTA may also apply.
- Prior speaking experience in front of a group is encouraged, though this is not a critical consideration.
