• Prepare, translate Chinese sales and product materials as well as upkeep them in documents library

• Support and execute publicity/product marketing initiatives, from offline and print media to online and social media

• Conduct data collection and report writing for client-facing marketing research materials

• Liaise with internal functional departments and stakeholders such as regulatory compliance and operations teams to bring about desired business outcomes. 

• Assist in business documentation and handling 

Requirements:

• Undergraduate, preferably with a focus in Finance or Business

• Highly motivated with strong work and team ethics

• Meticulous with eye for detail

• Strong project and time management skills

• Ability to work independently with high degree of self-discipline
