Job Description
The selected candidate will support the Middle Office team within the Operations Division.
Job Responsibilities
Implementation
- Assist the team in the implementation of new segregated accounts or new funds
- Assist in the settling up of new cash accounts, custody markets and trading accounts requested by front office and ensure proper closure of termination of funds/portfolios
Account Maintenance
- Assist in onboarding of counterparties
- Liaise with legal, compliance and front office on the documentation required
- Assist in queries and facilitate requests from brokers/counterparties on KYC, SSI and authorized signatories lists matter
Support to Investment Division
- Support Investment division by facilitating projects and requirements between front and back office
Requirements

- Team player and able to multi task
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Can commit at least 6 months (from May/June 2021)
