The selected candidate will support the Middle Office team within the Operations Division. 

Job Responsibilities

Implementation

• Assist the team in the implementation of new segregated accounts or new funds
• Assist in the settling up of new cash accounts, custody markets and trading accounts requested by front office and ensure proper closure of termination of funds/portfolios

Account Maintenance

• Assist in onboarding of counterparties
• Liaise with legal, compliance and front office on the documentation required
• Assist in queries and facilitate requests from brokers/counterparties on KYC, SSI and authorized signatories lists matter

Support to Investment Division

• Support Investment division by facilitating projects and requirements between front and back office
