Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Day-to-day HR activities, including data maintenance in the system, documentation, maintaining of P-files etc
- Responsible for the posting of all job vacancies
- Responsible for the recruitment of interns and contractors including sourcing and interviewing of suitable candidates
- Onboarding of interns and contractors
- Build rapport, engage and maintain good relationship with stakeholders
- Assist and co-ordinate on HR activities and initiatives
- Support the team on various assignments as assigned
Job Requirements
- At least a Diploma in the relevant field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated and persevering personality
- Able to work in a challenging and face paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to commit for 6 months
