Job Responsibilities

• Day-to-day HR activities, including data maintenance in the system, documentation, maintaining of P-files etc
• Responsible for the posting of all job vacancies
• Responsible for the recruitment of interns and contractors including sourcing and interviewing of suitable candidates
• Onboarding of interns and contractors
• Build rapport, engage and maintain good relationship with stakeholders
• Assist and co-ordinate on HR activities and initiatives
• Support the team on various assignments as assigned

Job Requirements

• At least a Diploma in the relevant field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated and persevering personality
• Able to work in a challenging and face paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to commit for 6 months
