Link Hotel Singapore is an award-winning heritage boutique hotel situated at the heart of Tiong Bahru estate, known to be Singapore’s oldest housing estate and the most charming neighborhood. Officially opened its door in 2007, Link Hotel Singapore  was the first and only hotel to be converted from conserved art deco apartment blocks that were built by Singapore Housing Development Board (HDB) in the 1950s and 1960s. The hotel comprises of 2 conserved art deco apartment blocks, known as Lotus Block & Orchid Block and are connected by the Link Bridge.

Job Description
  • Capable of effieiently handling guests' check-in/check-out procedures and cashier duties
  • Ensure the availability of adequate number of guest rooms and manage rooms block as needed
  • Response to guest inquiries with proficienct and prioritize guest safety
  • Effectiveluy manage customer satisfaction and address guest complaints
  • Collaborate with housekeeping department to ensure smooth workflow
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for each shift and assist duty managers in conducting routine activities
  • Undertake any additional duties assigned by the Front Office Manager or management as required

Min ITE / O level with 1 year of work experience.
