Lil Ninja Academy is offering a fun and challenging environment to children and young adults to develop motor skills and cognitive abilities through obstacles and climbing walls.
1. Handling customer enquiries, enrolment and follow up for training
2. Assisting with claim queries.
3. Customer service experience will be an added advantage
4. Prepare quotations and invoices
5. Track and evaluate the performance of online media channels and campaigns and assess against business goal
6. E-marketing/SEO experience will be an advantage
7. Building up and maintain relationships with clients
8. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
1. Undergraduate / Degree / Master students / PHD candidate are welcome to apply
2. Able to work in an office environment
3. Comfortable with using online platforms as part of operations
4. Possess a good command of written and spoken English and can converse in Mandarin with customers when required
5. Able to work in an office environment
6. Able to commence work immediately
7. Sales driven, willing to communicate with customers
8. Outgoing personality
