Lil Ninja Academy – Entry Level Sports Coach

At Lil Ninja Academy, we bring fun, fitness, and confidence together for kids! Our movement-based program blends gymnastics, parkour, and ninja-style activities to help children build strength, agility, and self-esteem. Be a part of a team that inspires the next generation of ninjas! 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Fun Classes: Teach engaging and safe gym sessions packed with exciting activities like swinging, climbing, and parkour. 
• Plan Creative Lessons: Develop ninja-worthy lesson plans tailored for various age groups.
• Ensure Safety First: Maintain a safe environment and follow gym safety guidelines. 
• Build Relationships: Create a positive and supportive atmosphere for children and their parents. 
• Inspire Kids: Motivate young ninjas to grow in strength, confidence, and teamwork. 
• Maintain Equipment: Check gym equipment regularly to ensure everything is ready for action. 
• Handle Admin Tasks: Assist with attendance, scheduling, and parent communications. 

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: Previous coaching or teaching experience in gymnastics, parkour, or fitness. 
• Relevant coaching certifications (gymnastics, parkour etc.) will be rewarded with higher compensation.
• Preferred Certifications :
  • First Aid and CPR Certified.
  • Coaching or fitness-related certifications 
  • Parkour Training or any experience
• Skills:
  • Passion for working with kids and guiding them to success. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Physical Fitness: Must be able to demonstrate physical activities. 
• Availability: Ability to work weekends
