1. Updating of existing company Website
2. Updating of existing company portfolio
3. Draft out a generic company introduction email and send out on weekly basis to potential clients
4. Categories current market segments for commercial market and identify point of contacts
5. General survey on current commercial market requirement for design and build
6. Following up on introduction emails and target to get presentation appointments
7. Following up on ex-client status and preparation for festival corporate gifts
8. Arranging photoshoots for newly completed projects
9. Singapore Industrial Accreditations – existing and new renewals
10. Company logo revamp and workers uniform

Sales

1. Generate sales targets and forecasts
2. Potential client follow up to closure of sales
3. Individual projects profit and loss automation format in spreadsheet
4. Sales presentation format and kit
5. Full project workflow till completion charting
6. Future projected image of LV sales personnel
