Looking for Seminar Sales and Coordination Specialist!



Are you a charismatic, results-driven individual with a passion for sales and marketing? We are seeking a dynamic Seminar Sales and Coordination Specialist to join our team! In this exciting role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by cold calling corporate HRs and promoting our engaging seminars tailored to meet their specific needs. Your exceptional communication skills and persuasive personality will play a vital role in building strong relationships with clients and ensuring the success of our seminars.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Prospecting: Conduct outbound cold calls to corporate HRs to identify potential seminar opportunities and generate leads. Utilize effective sales techniques to pique interest, build rapport, and promote our seminar offerings.
  2. Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs of each client and tailor seminar proposals to meet their requirements. Present compelling value propositions, benefits, and outcomes of attending our seminars, ensuring a high conversion rate.
  3. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with HR contacts, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and go-to resource for their seminar needs. Leverage your interpersonal skills to build rapport and long-term partnerships.
  4. Seminar Organization: Collaborate with clients to design customized seminar agendas that align with their objectives and target audience. Coordinate all logistics, including arranging experienced speakers, organizing lunch, and ensuring smooth event coordination.
  5. Marketing Support: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive seminar attendance. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, including emails, social media posts, and targeted campaigns.
  6. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using our CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and potential opportunities to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles, preferably with a focus on B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with corporate HR professionals effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills to close deals and generate new business.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to successfully coordinate and manage multiple seminars simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales software to track and manage leads.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the corporate training industry and familiarity with HR processes will be an advantage.
