Job Description
  • Oversee and ensure smooth operations of all tenancy/agreement matter including but not limited to generating of invoices, updating of sales report etc.
  • Responsible for website automation of the sales enquiry of the Business unit.
  • Support Leasing Manager on the viewings of the spaces and follow up with the prospect on their interest.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve work issues on hand over and take over of sites.
  • Provide customer service support.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure proper lease management documentation and administration.
  • Handle customer service hotline and social media for viewing enquiries.
  • Assist in research on tenant mix and email drafting for prospecting.
  • Churn out weekly enquiries and follow ups.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior.

 

Job Requirements: 

  • Diploma / Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Good written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Meticulous in lease documentation
  • Effectively bilingual
