We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to support our daily operations and contribute to exciting tech-driven projects aimed at enhancing customer experience. This role offers a well-rounded exposure to business operations, office administration, and project support.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Finance Support
- Assist in preparing and submitting purchase orders and invoices
- Follow up with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely processing
Office & Pantry Management
- Maintain office supplies, manage pantry inventory
- Support in organizing a tidy and well-stocked work environment
IT Asset Coordination
- Track and manage IT equipment inventory
- Coordinate issuance and return of laptops and other tech assets
Project Assistance
- Support ongoing technology and digital transformation projects
- Assist in mapping customer experience journeys and identifying improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and digital tools
- Eagerness to learn, with a hands-on and can-do attitude
Internship Period: Up to 3 months
Location: Bugis, 152 Beach Road, Gateway East
Working Hours: 10am to 6pm
