Learns Marketing (operated under LearnSuperMart Pte Ltd) is a video production company that specialises in producing social media and commercial videos for our SME and government clients.
Since 2016, we have produced over 1,500 videos for our small business, solopreneur and government clients in industries such as property, financial advisory, car dealership, tuition, training, transport, shipbuilding and many more.
Our work include mainly marketing type of videos for our clients, but we produce short films, cinematic ads, and also a lot of videos for YouTube, Instagram and even TikTok for our own channels.
As Learns Marketing is a small company, so we don't like all the red tapes and rigid work practices assorted with big MNCs as much as you. And so we treat every one of our team members... as team members! We don't really have a hierarchy system where you must report to a "boss". We work together... we learn together... and we will grow together.
Hey, and did we say you don't need to work in a boring office, and strictly abide by office hours? In fact, you don't even have to report to work in any office most of the time!
Lastly, if your internship period spans across the right period of the year, you might have an overseas work trip opportunity.

What Responsibilities Will You Hold?
- Plan and create video content with the Creative Director
- Be involved in shoots as Producer and/or Camera Operator
- Manage schedule with our Clients
- Manage post-production work with our team of Editors
- And if you want, you can even be in front of our cameras to be the star that you always wanted
What Qualities Should You Possess?
- You have initiative to do things that you think is right for the company and for yourself
- You are overflowing with creativity in storytelling
- You are yearning to perfect your skills in using all forms of cameras and gimbals, and setting up lightings and mics
- You can work as a team during shoots, yet independently while working from home
- You can translate the stories you created or are given during pre-production, into the videos during post
- You should dislike working in offices and during office hours... yup, no typos here
What Academic Qualifications Must You Have?
Well, we don't really care if you're graduating from a uni, a poly or an ITE. In fact, we don't really look at your grades. We even have graduates in non-relevant fields applying with us because they need to get real-life experience in the media industry prior to their further education. In other words, Learns Marketing will want you if you have the attitude to work hard, learn continuously and grow together.
Even if you don't possess all the qualities above, but want still to be expose to the media industry, feel free to apply. But our advice is... do know what you're signing up for. If you are purely looking to make a lot of money, or have a regimental work life, there are numerous other ways to do so than to intern as a Producer / Camera Operator... or even work in the creative industry for that matter.
But if you want your creativity in videography to be showcased, and love to work in a small company as a Team Member, then this would be best for you!
What is the Duration of Internship Offered?
At least 4 months would be optimal, as we'll need around 4 to 6 weeks to get your up to speed with our gear before you can fully experience our client and our own shoots.
