Key Responsibilities:
- To assist top-level executives in offering executive level administrative support that consists of the clerical support, receiving clients and visitors, arranging correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
- To assist the Business Development team in sales support
- To provide support to the sales representatives, dealing with existing or prospective customers through the company’s sales department
- Maintain and develop systems, procedures, and records in line with the organization’s policies and objectives
- Ensure that necessary records are consistently updated to readily provide current, accurate and accessible information
