Job Description

Temp Accountant (Accounting System Migration Project)


Job scope

- Data sorting, mapping and transformation

- Enter receipts and allocate to sales invoices in the new system

- Enter payments and allocate to purchase invoices in the new system

- Enter journal vouchers in the system

- Verify transactions between new system and old system

- Ensure completeness, accuracy and correct results input in the new system

Job Requirements

- Degree / diploma in finance and accounting

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of finance and accounting experience

- Proficient with MS Office and Accounting Software

- Meticulous, Pro-active and Resourceful

- Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet tight deadlines

- Highly independent with good working attitude

- Dependable team player with good communication skills

- Tech savvy

- Fast learner
