We are a Private Nursing Home located in Siglap. Currently looking for a Medical / Nursing Intern.

Medical / Nursing Intern (No Experience Neccesary)

• Learn to perform daily nursing activities for the residents including Vital Signs monitoring, assist in serving medication and injections.
• Assist Staff Nurse in administration of medication and treatments provided to residents, while maintaining complete and accurate applicable documentation. 
• Learn to perform regular assessments of resident needs through the development, update, and evaluation of resident nursing care plan. 
• Participate in all aspects of resident care, while continually ensuring the safety of residents. Ensure daily, the neatness of residents’ rooms (including chests of drawers, clothes etc.), utility rooms, toilets and bathrooms.
• Assist with serving of meals and dietary supplements.
• Learn to enter nursing reports on medication and residents' daily activities.

Qualifications

• O Levels / N Levels 
• Able to perform duties in a caring and tactful manner, communicate effectively and work as a team.
• Independent and positive personality.
