Job Description

The AI Programme Intern’s job is to improve AI products’ customer experience by facilitating performance monitoring for AI projects, conducting data analysis and working with R&D teams.


Key responsibilities are:

  • Extracting and presenting KPI reports for AI projects
  • Applying data analysis techniques to analyze logs and user feedback to improve the coverage, resolution rate and customer satisfaction of AI products
  • Analyzing and updating the knowledge base
  • Proposing and tracking key indicators and evaluation metrics of AI products
  • Collaborating closely with the R&D team, particularly algorithms engineers and product managers, to improve user interaction of AI products

The AI Programme Intern reports to the Regional Customer Care - Tech Program Manager.


2. Key skills required

  • Data analysis skills.
  • Logical thinking and understanding of scientific methods for data acquisition and the ability to discover key issues quickly
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and in-depth knowledge of Pivot tables
  • Experience with AI Technology (proprietary or open platforms) is a plus
  • Communication and collaboration skills.
