Lau Wang Claypot is a local F&B company with 9 outlets across Singapore. As we continue to grow, we are looking for committed, passionate, and reliable individuals to join our expanding team and be part of our brand’s journey. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Research & Analysis

• Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, new F&B trends, and customer behaviour.
• Perform surveys for customer satisfaction, outlet service quality, and menu feedback.
• Analyse data from outlets (sales, manpower, customer feedback) to identify improvement areas.
• Prepare reports and present findings with actionable recommendations.

2. Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations

• Research and identify potential collaboration opportunities with brands, influencers, corporate partners, and delivery platforms.
• Assist in approaching partners for joint promotions, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Support negotiations and coordination with external partners.
• Evaluate partnership performance and prepare follow-up re

3. Business Development Support

• Assist in new outlet feasibility studies and location research.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and internal project documents.
• Support planning and execution of company improvement projects (operations, marketing, workflow)
• Coordinate with outlets, vendors, and internal teams to gather information.

Requirements

• Currently studying Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
• Strong research, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Good command of Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.
• Confident communicator with good teamwork skills.
• Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn about F&B business growth strategies.
