Job Scope:
● In charge of internal payment flow, including prepareing and submit to OA and follow up closly
● Able to use vary payment solutions, including internet banking
● Check, verify and tally daily account balances in all currencies and bank account.
● Manage daily operations including making payment to coordinate with internal and external stakeholder
● Possess strong problem-solving skills
● Complete daily reconciliation activities.
● Continuously seek opportunities to improve internal operational processes.


Requirements:
● Diploma in Business Management/ Administration, Finance, Accounting or Computer Science or equivalent educational or professional experience.
● Excellent excel skills.
● A keen eye for detail.
● Experience with data analysis and reporting.
● Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
