Job Description

Provide the effective support to HR team in handling and implementing the HR operation.

  • Screen and shortlist CVs for frontline positions/interns, coordinate with hiring manager to arrange f2f/phone/skype interviews, and other recruitment administrations
  • Support in staff’s onboarding and exit process
  • Prepare the HR reports including but not limited in staff movement, overtime, leave management, attendance, commission & incentive, etc.
  • Leave Administration and system maintenance
  • Prepare the training logistics and provide the on-site support
  • Process Medical Billings from service provider
  • Support the HR administrative duties
  • Prepare the letter of employment or other relevant documents
  • Handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by SHRM or HR team and participate in other projects when necessary

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Nitec in Office Skills
  • At least a year of Office administration working experience preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels of staff
  • Independent, detail-minded and able to work well under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
