L & K Engineering Co., Ltd (Singapore Branch) – Accounts Admin Intern

 L&K Engineering Company has evolved from a traditional building and laboratory air condition design and installation company, then becoming a pharmaceutical cleanroom and whole plant design / installation service provider, finally to a competitive local cleanroom constructor in high-tech semiconductor industry.  Our scope of services includes EPC Turnkey (Design, Procurement, Construction), Cleanroom Construction and MEP Projects.

• Checking and verifying accounts payables and receivable transactions
• Work closely with project teams for cost monitoring and resolve any billing discrepancies
• Monitor project spending, identifying variance and initiating corrective actions
• Manage petty cash for the project at site
• Assist in the calculation of both local & overseas staff salary, expense claims, and OT calculation
• Assist in the month-end closing report
• Assist in the preparation of monthly reports to Head Office
• Basic administration duties such as filing, issuing invoices, updating records
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
