Job Description
  • Issue purchase orders and invoices.
  • Coordinating with customers.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient operation.
  • Attend to incoming calls and emails.
  • General admin support including updating, filing and printing.
  • Ad-hoc assignments assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Excellent customer service skills
  •  Strong attention to detail, committed and independent worker.
  •  possibility to permanent position (depends on availability and performance)
