HR Transformation Intern (3 Months)
Responsibilities
The intern will support the Assistant HR Director in a fast-paced generalist HR function and have the invaluable opportunity to experience the transformation and digitisation of our HR processes. Specifically, he/she will:
- Assist in the re-engineering of existing HR processes and digitisation of existing HR data
- Participate in the implementation of a new HR Management System (HRMS) and other digitisation tools
- Assist in the execution of Organisation Development and Employee Engagement projects
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations
- Assist in the fulfillment of auditor requests
- Assist in the setting up of new overseas office
- Any other duties as required
Requirements
- Possess or currently undertaking a Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, IT or any related qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good EQ and interpersonal skills
- Organised, meticulous and works well under tight deadlines
