Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Housekeep files, removing duplicates and expired folders, and organizing files in proper categories and hierarchies.
- Migrate from Google Suite to Microsoft 365.
- Clean up and refresh laptops, CPUs and desktop monitors.
- Review software subscriptions, identify duplicates or underutilized accounts and services for cancellation.
- Work with Finance to inventorize hardware and software assets and ensure lists and assets match.
- Work out a process for monthly platform and partner sales reports to reach the Finance team.
Job Requirement
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
- Highly organized, possess initiative and resourcefulness, and a team player.
- Have a ‘can-do’ spirit and a strong sense of commitment to work.
