Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital (KWSH) is a charitable organization, established to provide quality, comprehensive and convenient healthcare services to the needy in Singapore. Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital boasts 600 beds spread over a 12-storey nursing home building. Staffed by about 500 trained and professional employees, our In-patient Department (IPD), Rehabilitation Centre and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Centre serve thousands of patients every month.
Responsibilities
Engage in marketing support work of the KWSH heritage gallery.
Assist in the planning of activities that aim to encourage broader audiences.
Planning and implementation of programmes according to visitor needs.
Upkeeping the maintenance of KWSH Gallery's space and exhibits.
Assist in the production and launch of exhibition catalogues and publicity materials.
Coordinating job assignments & training for docents.
Supporting corporate partnerships through working with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Admin support work and any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Be able to multi-task and is self-motivated.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Excellent writing skills and/or fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
