Job Description
- Works directly with senior management of the organization to develop marketing programs, design marketing strategies, and implement marketing campaigns.
- Ensuring that plans and messaging are aligned with business strategy, reinforce brand positioning, and are delivered effectively to targeted audiences.
- Supporting integrated marketing and communications across a variety of channels and vehicles – internal, external, PR, digital, social, web, etc.
- Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines.
- Designs, writes, and oversees the production of printed promotional materials including catalogs, brochures, flyers, program and media guides - designs layouts and prepares copy.
- Develops and manages annual marketing budgets for the organization, regularly monitors expenditures and prepares summary assessments and reports.
- Plan events to increase engagement with customers - create posters for events, prepare newsletters, assist with the execution of events.
- Keep up to date with market developments and competitor strategies.
- Design and supervise all aspects of the digital marketing department including marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Plan and manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms.
- Plan and manage the various social media platforms.
