Revup-Proservices – Marketing Communications Intern (2 Days Per Week)

As a Communications Intern , you will be responsible for supporting the Team in marketing and content creation. A successful Communications Intern will be responsible for ensuring high accuracy in maintaining marketing trackers. Also, to ensure good housekeeping of the company's media and marketing content.

 Part-time Communications Intern, SG

Communications

• Assist with both member and prospect-facing EDMs
• Liaise with Marketing and Creative teams on collateral needed (e.g. event invites banners etc.)

Events

• Liaise with event partners and internal departments to ensure smooth operations before and during the event
• Assist in the handling of event logistics
• Assist with event registration and guest list management

Administration and Operations

• Work with trackers to ensure member database is updated
• Assist with logistics and communication channels involved during charity initiatives

Requirements

• Interested candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Marketing and content creation tools
• Comfortable with social media content writing
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Qualities

• Able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Have strong organisational and planning skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills; confident interacting with vendors speakers and cross-company teams at all different levels of seniority
• Self-starter with a good attitude towards learning
