Kosmode Health Singapore Pte Ltd, a National University of Singapore start-up, is a Singapore-based Holding company with a wholly owned subsidiary, Suzhou Kosmode Biotechnology, in Suzhou Industrial Park.
Founded by A/P Huang Dejian, listed as one of the world’s most influential scientific minds in Agricultural Science by Thomson Reuters, and Ms Florence Leong, an ex-pharmaceutical executive turn biotech start-up entrepreneur, advisor and angel investor, KosmodeHealth‘s mission is to enable access to health from nature, as Asia’s most trusted partner in the development and supply of quality assured phytochemicals for plant health ingredients and biomedical market.

OVERALL JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES
To support the CEO in ensuring efficient operation of the company and delivery of contract services & products to the full satisfaction of customers. Specific tasks include:
Operations & Business
• Operate business processes and systems (e.g. HR, finance, admin) to ensure operational efficiency.
• Management of company website, develop social media and public relation activities to increase corporate awareness & interest within target market
• Design and develop corporate and product branding materials
• Participate in marketing and customers’ acquisition activities.
• Co-ordinate activities and stakeholders to ensure satisfactory delivery of contract services and products.
Technical Support
• Support pilot extraction and 3D bioprinting activities on a as needed basis
• Perform analytical test and/ or research on a as needed basis
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Academic qualifications
• Undergraduate/post graduate in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Chemical Engineering
or
• Business management undergraduate with outstanding chemistry grades at “A” level
Skills/Experience
• Knowledge of business management is a strong advantage
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English, working knowledge of Chinese is a strong advantage
• Proven ability in development of presentation & marketing materials and website and digital marketing skills.
• Creative, outgoing, strong confident communicator
• Self-driven, resourceful problem solver with a “Can-Do” mentality.
• Resilience and ‘never-say die’ attitude.
