Job Description

IT Intern (AI Agent Evaluation & Development) – 2-3 Month Internship

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated IT Intern (2nd or 3rd year computing undergraduate) to join Kosh Consulting Group for a 2-3 month internship focused on evaluating and creating AI agents. This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in the intersection of HR and artificial intelligence, offering hands-on experience with innovative AI tools and workflows. Prior AI experience is a plus but not required—curiosity and a willingness to learn are most important.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in researching, testing, and deploying AI tools (such as chatbots, process automation, and content generation) to enhance HR processes.

  • Support the evaluation of existing AI agents and contribute ideas for new agent features and improvements.

  • Collaborate to design, build, and connect AI agents, helping to create seamless automated workflows for HR functions.

  • Participate in structuring and documenting AI agent logic, workflows, and integrations.

  • Help troubleshoot issues and refine AI agent capabilities through brainstorming and problem-solving sessions.

  • Contribute to project documentation and present findings or prototypes to the team.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferably 2nd or 3rd year undergraduate).

  • Interest in artificial intelligence, automation, or workflow optimization.

  • Previous exposure to AI/ML concepts, large language models, or chatbot frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Rasa) is a plus but not required.

  • Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar) is advantageous but not essential.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
