Utilize historical data sets and business plans to model and forecast business trends
Develop models, dashboards and detailed reports to help internal customers quickly and accurately grasp business and operational trends
Liaise with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements, translating them into functional requirements
Track and report metrics of organizational initiatives
Partner with data engineers and other stakeholders to improve data quality and timeliness
Undertake research to identify and recommend optimal solutions to complex challenges
Examine and evaluate business practices and systems, and proffer suggestions aimed at increasing efficiency and productivity, while maintaining or increasing compliance rates
Participate in projects in the digital transformation journey, where required.
Work in collaboration with the centralised Advanced Analytics team
Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, Business, or related disciplines(Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as trainees)
Proficiency in query and data manipulation languages such as SQL, Python
Familiarity with GSuite and business intelligence tools such as Google Data Studio or Tableau
Good presentation,communication, and visualisation skills
Highly numerate with the ability to map business problems to data and data to business opportunities
Is a self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced environment against tight timelines with a team mindset
Prior experience working in F&B or Retail sector will be an advantage
Experience with Google Cloud Platform and in particular BigQuery is a plus

As Junior Analyst, you will assist business managers to collect, analyze and interpret data from internal and external sources to generate relevant analysis for decision making and supporting business objectives.
