About the Role
We are currently looking for Operations Management Trainees to join our team of passionate and talented individuals as future service leaders as we continue to expand globally.
He/She will undergo a structured 12-months program that encompasses different sections of Operations, gaining knowledge of the Company’s business aspects, learning how to manage day-to-day operations, handling customer feedback, providing support and suggestions for improvements, maintaining records and reports.
You will be perfect for this programme if you:
Are committed to learn, takes initiative, meticulous, strong sense of time, and a positive can-do attitude. Being a team-player and contributing to a positive work environment is important too.
- Able to start immediately & commit at least 3 - 6 months
- Passionate in the F&B industry and service-oriented (possess customer service excellence)
- Good communication skills and detailed-oriented
- Able to work independently and in team
- Love working and contributing in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with Microsoft tools is a plus
- Must be able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holiday
- Prior experience in F&B/Retail/ Hospitality/ Culinary industry is an added advantage. No experienced candidates are welcomed to apply too.
