Job Description

Internship, 3 months, Hybrid

 

What The Role Is About

 

We are seeking a proactive self-starter to join us as a Program Associate Intern. Your primary duties will be to assist the Program Manager and the Marketing and Recruitment Manager with admissions for our various programs. Your work will impact the applicant experience in the Generation learner journey and will contribute to the holistic wraparound support that sets Generation programs apart.

 

What You Will Do

  • Assist in the management of queries across various channels (e.g. email, phone, social media) 

  • Assist in the screening and selection of learners for upcoming programs (tech and non-tech) and ensure closely alignment with organisational targets

  • Assist in the reporting of key admissions metrics to maintain accurate data on the applicant-to-learner conversion funnel

  • Support the team with program-centric events (e.g. program information sessions, graduate career fairs and employer networking events)

  • Other organisational tasks as required

 

To Be Successful You'll Need to be/Have

  • Alignment with Generation mission and values

  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills and strong networking skills

  • Possess a growth and start-up mentality, able to prioritize and manage workload

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • An agile and proactive learner who values accuracy, timeliness, and pays attention to details

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

  • This role is open to polytechnic students, university undergraduates and recent graduates. We are open to flexible remote work options for current undergraduates studying part-time/full-time during the internship period.
