The candidate PR & Marketing Assistant will assist department head in these functions:
- Marketing: Communication & Coordination with internal & external parties. Projects and timeline management.
- PR: Manage, coordinate and gate keep, press and PR activities, liaise with PR companies and partners.
- Social Media: Strategies, propose and organised Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & etc) including execution. Monitor, engage and respond to social media comments. Communication with KOL influencers. Ads placement.
- Online Contests: Organize online contests & co-ordination.
- Offline - PR and Branding events: execution
- Review & Analysis: Gather and analyze data insights and reporting.
- Other work as directed by Department Head
You must have:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and embrace teamwork
- An Entrepreneurial spirit, Positive Mindset, Adaptable to Changing Landscape of Business
- Deliver high quality work, in a conscientious and professional manner
- Self-motivated, initiative and love learning
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills and an Ability to Think Out of The Box will be great
- Proficient use of Google suite of app (mainly) and Microsoft Office
- Career growth abounds for those who are keen and enthusiastic learners, excelling in role
- 1 - 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position but we do consider otherwise.
- Diploma / Degree in Mass Communication or Business Management, preferably with Major in Marketing
