• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing of product knowledge
• Achieve and exceed store sales target
• Ascertain customers needs and wants, recommend and display items that optimize sales
• Keep up-to-date on new products and in-store promotions
• Track, monitor and maintain store inventory and ensure accuracy in stock take
• Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment
• Maintain outstanding store condition and merchandize display according to company standard
• Manage daily store operation and handling POS system, daily cash deposit, perform opening and closing duties
• Familiar with and adhere to company's policies and procedure
• Develop a strong working relationship, team-work with in-store managers and colleagues
• Perform and complete all jobs assigned as required by superior
• 44 hours per week (Full-time); Willing to work on weekends & public holidays
