Responsibilities:
- Processing online sales transactions and wholesale product orders
- Updating website
- Supporting the sales force with general operations to achieve the team's objectives
- Taking phone calls and replying to customers enquiries via email
- Communicating important feedback from customers
- Reporting monthly sales to the sales team
- Taking charge of digital marketing on social media
- Assisting in the planning and execution of pop up counter and event
- Initiating membership drive recruitment and operation
