The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- Content creation for online engagement, promotions, and campaigns.
- Manage the day-to-day handling of the company’s social media channels especially TikTok.
- Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
- Analyzing & monitoring content performance and optimizing social content to reach out to target audiences
- Monitoring emerging social media trends, topics, hashtags, and new functions to improve and grow our brand’s social media presence
- Engaging with online feedback/enquiries daily, including replying to comments and DMs in a timely manner.
- Record compliments and complaints received by customers.
- Assist with company events, promotions, and on-site video recording for content.
- Generate social media statistics to improve online content.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- Possesses a Diploma / Degree in any field.
- Knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing.
- Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
