Job Description

Welcome to Klarity

You will have opportunities to assist the CEO on daily business operations, allowing you to gain insights and experience the fast growing skincare brand in Singapore & Korea. Besides providing you a learning ground, we also want to engage you as a key part of the team to the company business. If you love beauty and the digital world, this could be the opportunity for you to be part of our team.


Roles and responsibilities:

AR

  • Handle accounts receivable function - check payments from vendors and apply it to the invoice issued, and chase for outstanding payments and issue credit note
  • Prepare monthly sales reporting and expenses

AP

  • Checking invoices from vendor and prepare payment vouchers

General

  • Perform bank reconciliation
  • Staffs &CEO claims and salary payments
  • File of GST in IRAS and financial year end report to ACRA
  • other Ad hoc duties

Requirements:
Preferred Finance background with some basic accounting experience
Organised, detailed and keen to take on responsibility
Team player, fast worker
Possess knowledge and experience in MS Excel, Word
