You should be able to 

• provide a positive customer dine-in experience by engaging customers and meeting their needs at the dessert studio
• demonstrate good knowledge about our menu items
• ensure customer and service areas are kept clean and tidy
• communicate well with kitchen to ensure a smooth workflow during daily operations 
• ability to make pour over coffee is a plus

You should have

• a warm personality and enjoy interacting with people
• good self initiative to go beyond your usual scope
• eagerness to learn about everythi my ng
• passion about good food and good service
• minimum 2 years' experience in the service sector
• be able to work weekends and holidays
• Certificate in Basic Food Hygiene course ( preferred but not a must)
