Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Guest Services
- Act as a point of contact for guests, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and aiding as and when needed.
- Ensure a smooth admission and exit flow process for our guests.
- Monitor guest flow and manage crowd control to prevent congestion and ensure a positive guest experience.
2. Event Operations
- Assist in maintaining event site cleanliness and tidiness.
- Support daily operations and upkeep of the event equipment.
- Execution of other tasks assigned by Event IC
3. Emergency Preparedness
- Be familiar with emergency protocols and procedures in case of unforeseen incidents.
- Remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of attendees.
Job Requirements:
1. Excellent interpersonal and organization skills
2. Able to perform shift, and commit during peak period (i.e. School Holiday, Weekends, Public Holiday) with long hours of standing/walking.
Qualifications Requirements:
1. At least GCE ‘N’ Level Certificate
2. First Aid trained would be a bonus
