Job Description

Assistant Branch Manager (Full-time)


Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Assist management in developing and strengthening operations processes and workflows.

2. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards set by management.

3. Review day-to-day operations process flow, summarize key results, and provide feedback and improvement plans.

4. Manage customer experience and expectations, attend and resolve customer problems, complaints, and service requests.

5. Network with clients and customers to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.

6. Manage service crew duty rosters and performance, and develop training plans to ensure service excellence.

7. Manage inventory and playground equipment.

8. Support the branch manager and work closely with the HR, marketing, and finance departments to fulfil operational needs.

9. Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, or in hospitality or customer-oriented job in front-line capacity.

2. Experienced in a supervisory role within the childcare, recreational, or entertainment industry is preferred.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members.

4. Able to perform shift schedules and commit during peak periods (i.e. School Holiday, Weekends, Public Holiday) with long hours of standing/walking.

5. Able to work independently and effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

6. A good team player with a high level of enthusiasm, drive, initiative and commitment.

7. Experienced in using Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.

Qualifications Requirements:

1. At least a diploma in Business Management, Hospitality, or a Tourism Certificate.
