Kiztopia Pte Ltd – Customer Experience Executive

We are a successful start-up and running the biggest indoor children playground in Singapore, with room for growth and we are looking for a Customer Experience Executive to support the playground day-to-day operations and assist in manage multiple communication platforms & channels.

Your Roles:

• Handle day-to-day enquiries and feedback from various channels
• Responsible for the logistics arrangements of the orders on various e-commerce platforms
• Coordinate and liaise with the various teams to resolve issues that arise
• Analyse the data collected from enquiries and feedback to improve the solutions available
• Additional responsibilities and duties as required to support the teams when requested

About You:

• You have at least GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate
• You are able to communicate fluent in both English & Mandarin as need to communicate with China vendors
• You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words & Power Point
• You are patient, observant and customer service oriented
• You are flexible to work on weekends and public holidays when necessary
• You are a team player, and always put customer’s and company interest first
• You have at least 2 years’ experience in customer service or related field
• You are motived individual that like to explore new thing and learn new skills
