We work with community organisations, education providers and funding partners to bring personalised learning to more children. We are looking for an experienced partnership professional to help grow this work across Singapore.

Temporary / Part-Time Science Curriculum Developer
Join KiteSense and help develop engaging learning resources for the local Primary Science curriculum on our online Luminee Learning platform. Gain practical experience in educational content creation, quality assurance and the use of AI tools in EdTech.

University and polytechnic students with a strong foundation in Science and an interest in education are welcome to apply.

Job responsibilities

• Develop Primary Science learning resources, questions, answers and explanations using approved AI tools and provided learning objectives, examples and technical guidelines.
• Review and refine new and existing content, including AI-generated materials, to ensure scientific accuracy, clarity, appropriate difficulty and alignment with learning objectives.
• Prepare suitable diagrams, images, tables or graphs where required, following provided sourcing and usage guidelines.
• Prepare, tag and upload approved content to Luminee Learning where included in the assignment, and verify that it is complete, correctly formatted and accurately displayed.
• Complete related content preparation and quality checks within the agreed task scope.

Who we are looking for

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in any discipline, with a strong academic foundation and interest in Science.
• Familiarity with the local Primary Science syllabus would be an advantage.
• Prior tutoring or curriculum development experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Interested in using AI tools to support content development and able to check their output critically.
• Meticulous, with a keen eye for scientific errors, language issues, inconsistencies and formatting problems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines.
• Available for assignments over at least three months.

Work arrangement and remuneration
This is a temporary, part-time opportunity with task-based remuneration. Rates will be discussed with shortlisted applicants and confirmed before work begins.

Each task is estimated to take approximately four hours. Deliverables and submission deadlines will be agreed before each assignment.
