What You'll Do
Working closely with our Marketing and Business Development teams, you will:
Design engaging social media graphics and digital marketing materials.
Create short-form videos for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and other digital platforms.
Develop creative visual content for product launches, exhibitions and company campaigns.
Produce marketing brochures, presentation slides and promotional materials.
Assist in photography and video editing for products, events and company activities.
Manage and schedule social media content across multiple platforms.
Support website content updates and digital branding initiatives.
Explore AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Canva AI and Adobe Firefly to improve content creation efficiency.
Monitor social media performance and prepare basic analytics reports.
Support other branding and marketing activities as required.
Who We're Looking For
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in:
Digital Media
Visual Communication
Graphic Design
Multimedia Design
Marketing
Mass Communication
Advertising
Creative Media
or related disciplines
Requirements
Available for a minimum 3-month full-time internship.
Able to work full-time on-site at BioPolis, Singapore.
Passionate about branding, digital marketing and content creation.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Mandarin proficiency is an advantage, as some content and communication may support Chinese-speaking markets.
Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn.
Proficient in Canva.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve is highly desirable.
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Adobe Firefly or Canva AI is a strong advantage.
A portfolio of design, social media or video work is highly preferred.
