Marketing cum Business Operations
Responsibilities
- Develop and handling trade marketing activities.
- Develop and manage online and offline marketing platforms. This would include developing and executing traditional and digital marketing and communications strategies.
- Provide support in identifying business opportunities with key industry players
- Provide coordinating support to the Sales/Marketing Business section.
- Assist in handling online/email enquires including back-end coordination with vendors and customers.
- Ability to compile report for business analysis.
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as and when assigned
- Ability to prepare quotation for clients or coordinating sales schedules and records keeping.
- Maintain good relationship with existing and new clients
- Meticulous and self-motivated with good communication and administrative skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Mass Communication/Business/Marketing or related discipline.
- Min. 2 years sales and marketing experience with knowledge of e-commerce.
- Good communication skills and familiar with social media marketing
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required
- Positive personality with ability to work independently
- Possess positive attitude and being customer oriented
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A self-motivated team player who is able to interact with people at all levels
- Knowledge of the supply chain is advantageous
