Kingston Medical Group – Human Resource Intern

Kingston Medical Group was founded by Thomas Wong in 2017, and has since evolved from a health screening provider to a comprehensive medical group that provides support to swab operations and various projects in demand. KMG is moving towards a holistic and comprehensive enhanced healthcare support that meets the changing needs and demands in both local and global healthcare system.

-To assist in the checking and submissions of monthly attendance
-To assist in job postings/advertisements-Handling new employees' on
-boarding process including preparation of contracts and briefings
-Updating and maintaining proper HR database and records
-Manage medical claim records and others that are relevant
-Involvement in HR policies and SOP updates as and when required
-Keep up to date with any changes of employment, CPF, Tax Legislations in ensuring the compliance of payroll
-Ad hoc duties-Maintain records of staff employment movements (i.e. confirmations, promotions, transfers, resignations, etc)
