Temp Admin (1 Week | Office Relocation | Alexandra)

• 1-week temp assignment.
• Start work on Oct 2024
• Work Location: Alexandra (office environment)
• Work Hours: 8:30am - 6pm
• Rate: $10 - $12 per hour

About the role:

• Assist team in labeling and recording items that will be moved to the new office.
• Liaise with management, employees, and external vendors on moving items to the new office.
• Organize packing materials and ensure they are distributed to staff.
• No heavy lifting duty is required.

About you:

• Able to commit to a 1-week assignment
• Able to work in Alexandra.
• Have basic communication skills to communicate effectively with management, employees, vendors.
• Able to do simple data entry and filing.
• Can start work on Oct 2024.
