Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up of E-commerce websites using Shopify
- Respond to customers on queries
- Listing, manage, planning and implement promotion for E-commerce platforms: Lazada, Shopee, Amazon and Shopify order fulfilment.
- Leverage into digital channels in a relevant way to make an impact on program outcomes and deliver measurable business impact.
- Focus on audience engagement to grow and strengthen relationships with prospects, customers and partners.
- Maintain and expand online marketing capabilities (ie. Google Adwords, etc)
- Maintain online operations, logistics and fulfillment.
- Excellent time management, problem solving, teamwork, and communication skills
Requirements:
- Experience in Marketing, Mass Communication, New Media, Business or Computing.
- At least 1-2 years of online marketing / digital marketing strategy / Shopify experience.
- Have a good knowledge of Google Analytic, SEO, SEM, Adwords, Facebook, Instagram, Social Media & Email Marketing.
- Skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Photography, Video Editing, Web design, Graphic design would be an advantage.
- Experience in setting up Shopify websites and ShopifyPOS a plus!
- Good debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Expert knowledge of the latest analytics solutions and methodologies
- Proficient in excel
