The product was also the National Winner and International Top 20 of the prestigious James Dyson Award 2020 and has gained traction with major public hospitals and orthopedic clinics. Their digital therapy platform comprising of KIMIA Assess and KIMIA Move products, uses artificial intelligence technology for digital MSK assessment and therapy. This platform is capable of providing pre-consultation assessments and real-time exercise guidance and feedback to musculoskeletal patients and is being adopted by some of the largest private healthcare providers in the region, along with large corporate players. 

Job Description

Job Summary:

We're excited to welcome an enthusiastic Product Specialist Intern to our team. In this role, you'll gain valuable experience by assisting with internal data entry, customer service tasks, and administrative work. Your contributions will be essential to ensuring our clients have a positive experience, and you'll play a crucial role in supporting our mission to improve healthcare through technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Support our team by accurately entering and managing internal data.

  • Assist with various customer service tasks to ensure our clients receive the best possible support.

  • Help with administrative duties to keep our operations running smoothly.

  • Collaborate with different departments to provide valuable assistance and contribute to the team's success.

  • Learn about our products and services to better assist clients with their inquiries.

  • Gain practical insights into the healthcare technology industry and customer success practices.

  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and productive work environment within the team.

 

What You Need:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in a relevant field, preferably in a science-related field

  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn about customer success and healthcare technology.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially in data entry tasks.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues from various departments.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and tools.

  • An organized and proactive approach to completing tasks.

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.
