Join our dynamic team at WealthVisor where we prioritise flexibility, work-life balance, and a family-oriented culture. As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to help us discover exceptional talent to join our ever-growing family. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies, including recruitment events and career talks, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

  • Utilise various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals to proactively source and screen potential candidates.

  • Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and interest.

  • Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions throughout the recruitment process.

  • Collaborate with team members to enhance existing recruiting procedures and processes.

  • Act as a positive ambassador for our company brand at all times while upholding strict confidentiality.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma; on-the-job training provided.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

  • Familiarity with recruiting trends and best practices.

  • Capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

  • Open-mindedness and a willingness to embrace challenges.
